Scientific Tube offers tube diameters from .250” through 2.250” and gauges ranging from .008” through .125” in S30403, S31603 and S40900 stainless. We can also produce tube from material supplied to us from our customers such as Grade 2 Titanium and 904. Our capabilities include producing metric sizes as well as shapes including; rectangle, trapezoid, ellipse and oval. Our cut to length processes can hold tolerances of +/- .020” and with deburr and wash capabilities you can be assured  to receive a part ready to use in your process. So whether you are an end user, or a fabricator that supplies to your customer, we can meet the needs of domestic and foreign requirements.

Text Box: Scientific Tube is registered to ISO/9001:2000 since May 2003, yet we have been preparing PPAP’s for several years before that. If you have a part that requires a PPAP, we can get that done in a professional format that will satisfy your  most stringent customer. With a target of December 2006 we are making the move to TS16949 to show our commitment to continual improvement.
